Can the decals be reused?
Kando Art decals are totally removable and reusable. If you wish to remove your decals, carefully peel them from the wall and re-apply to your backing liner. They can be rolled and stored for years to come.

Where can I use my decals?
Our decals are easy to apply and remove and will not shrink, tear, or wrinkle. As the material is a polyester fabric, it is Class A or 1 fire rated, non-toxic, PVC free and perfectly safe to use anywhere in your home.
It is not recommended to use our decals on textured or porous surfaces like brick, cement, concrete, render etc, or walls painted with a Teflon based paint as this may reduce the adhesion of your decal. Avoid placement above fireplaces.
We suggest that you test the area for a couple of days first.
*It is not recommended you use our decals on a floor as they can cause a slipping hazard
Can I use my decals on a float or vehicle?
Yes we have a specialty range made for outdoor application, the range comes in 2 qualities Standard and Premium,
The standard range is suitable for flat slightly curved surfaces with no rivets or corrugations etc...
(a slight curve i.e.: the front of a gooseneck)
The Premium range is for the more complicated shapes and if you have rivets etc... the product will need to be installed by a professional as it needs to be heated so that it can be moulded to the shape of your vehicle
Please Note: our Vehicle Decals are not removable and are a one-time application, we do recommend installation by a professional as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss during installation.

Can I use my decals in my bathroom?
Yes! but not on your tiles or your mirror.
How long will it take to produce my order?
All our products are made to order locally, so production times may vary. The majority of our orders are printed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! we can only ship miffy products outside of Australia to New Zealand and Japan at this time due to our license agreement, but all other products at this time are available worldwide.
Why can't I checkout my miffy order?
Unfortunately at this time we can only ship miffy products to Australia, New Zealand and Japan, if you are located elsewhere in the world you will need to remove any miffy items from your cart.
What is your returns policy?
Refunds and cancellations:
As all Kando Art products are made to order, they cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Please choose your products carefully as once your order has been placed, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Please note that due to various computer screen calibration, the colours that appear on your screen may differ slightly from the product you receive. Any slight variance is not considered defective and a refund will not be issued.
Kando Art products cannot be exchanged unless the order was deemed by us to be defective. If your order is deemed to be defective, you will be issued with a replacement of your original order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage. We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore, we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with prior notification.
If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned.
If we agree to replace a damaged item, the return shipping cost will be at your expense.
